TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST

(Project Based)

Responsibility

• Deliver training: TPM Basic Concept, Implementing TPM, Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Focus Improvement, Education and Training
• Monitor & Being a Consultant to Implement: Autonomous Maintenance (Step 1-3), Planned Maintenance, Focust Improvement, Education & Training 6 Basic Knowledge

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, advanced degree preferred
• Proven increasingly responsible experience in TPM, data collection, and consultant supervision
• Proven strong organizational skills, analytical capabilities, able to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks
• Familiarity wih standard/office IT applications, including program management software
• Demonstrated previous involvement in research or monitoring and evaluation projects
• Demonstrated ability to produce and edit reports and technical documents
